Al Hamra Trading Est. was established in 1982 by H.E. Abdul Malik Al Hamar, the former Governor of the UAE central Bank for over a decade and a board member of several Abu Dhabi government-owned entities. H.E. Abdul Malik Al Hamar retired from his government position in the 90's to focus on his private business. His son Marwan A.M. Al Hamar took over the management of Al Hamra Trading Est. H.E. Abdul Malik Al Hamar passed away in 2005.

Al Hamra Trading Est. managed by Mr. Abdel Hadi Mokadem. It focuses mainly on the supply of Military, security equipment, communication and services to the Police and Ministry of Interior. Al Hamra Trading represents and deals with several US and European partners. Al Hamra Trading Est. is based in Abu Dhabi and we has other branches in Dubai, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Lebanon.
